Toolbox with small parts storage *inside* (or under) the lid?

Has anyone seen a toolbox with small parts compartments which are actually accessible when the lid is open?

Just about all the ones I've seen have the small parts compartments on top of the lid which is close to useless because one needs to open the toolbox to get at the tools needed to use the small parts.

I have seen a few toolboxes with drawers but they're often rather poorly made (I have some) such that the drawers are so sticky to open and close that they rapidly drive you to distraction.

Not what you asked for, but I'm quite liking this one at the moment:

It's a storage+tote idea.

Nice but bit big - pity they don't do a smaller one.

raaco logic (available from CPC) do one with drawers at the bottom which aren't too bad, but the overall design is spoiled by really a too fracking clever by half handle design which locks the lid flaps when the handles are either folded down flat or vertical for carrying but inevitably involve 2-handed fiddling to fold them up or down whilst still keeping the lids flat and locked (if you overstuff the box as I do!)

I've decided to try one of the Sealey AP1003 boxes, biggish space on top with three drawers underneath.

I've got one similar to this

except that mine has a full length lifting handle, and the whole of the transparant top lid hinges up to reveal 3cm high storage compartments. The whole of this storage compartment hinges back (but stays flat) to reveal the main tool storage space. Mine came from Homebase, but no makers name on it.

But that has the original problem (for me) that the lid compartments are inaccessible when the lid is opened doesn't it?
