They're a lot more than a PSU though. They are supposed to do testing and recovery from deep discharge. They have gone up a lot in price since I bought mine though.
Hence the 'little more' bit.
A proper tester costs a great deal. If they did a proper test then they'd be worth the cost. But they don't.
As do others at a fraction of the price.
