Not been back to try yet but the plan is to have both m/cs running on the local net and arrange the access permissions so I can re-save files in W11. I have some instructions from

When in my office, I have a dual bay dock by Icy Box that has its own PSU - so can run a pair of 3.5" HDDs if needed.

If I am on site cloning a SSD then I normally use a Sandberg one which I find to be fast and reliable:
