If you know what they are you had a 1970s era Hi-Fi system.
I just recovered mine from my loft where it has languished since a move here 4 years ago. It was packed with loving care about five years ago.
When it was opened up the SME arm was a mess. The grub screw from the counterweight that slid along a short bar to fix the tracking weight,
1.25gms if I remember correctly, was missing.
The pulley that pulled the arm over had come adrift but was otherwise fine.
The stylus had brocken off and some the tiny wires connecting to the cartridge had snapped off. I have managed to strip the ends but have yet to "tin" them before attemptng to resolder. Sadly my hands are not as steady a they once were so I am taking my time before starting.
It is the grub screw that is the biggest problem.
Where can I get a replacement if I don't know the size?
