Slow puncture... fixable?

Only a sticker with tyre pressures on mine, but they are very vague and could easily apply to a number of different tyres sizes - for instance:

33 psig normal, 37 psig (IIRC) loaded, 43 psig (economy), so basically anything from 33 to 43 psig is fine!

Yes, although it did unclip a bit of bumper skin that needed to be pushed back.

Amazingly, no damage to that at all.

I had a garage fit a new tyre once years ago, and did not notice at the time they fitted the right size but under specified the speed rating.

Although to be fair to them, when I did notice (a couple of k miles later) and queried it, they were most apologetic, and quick to swap it for something appropriate.
