Sealing Rings 130mm suppliers?

I'm looking for a supplier of rubber (or similar) sealing rings 130mm OD.120mm ID and 5mm thick. Does anyone know of likely suppliers? (My search so far has turned up one supplier in India who will sell me

1,000. Unfortunately I only need about 5).

BSS should stock rubber joint rings.May only be 3 or 4 thick though, from which you may be able to cut your size.I`m assuming you don`t mean O rings.Companies like Arco will cut them from sheet for you.

I don't know what the smallest size of pressure cooker is, but our local Asian shops have some that must be pretty close to that size.

I once spent an age trawling the net for a new gasket for our old trusty 'Prestige' pressure cooker, and drew a complete blank, though I could still get pressure release valves for them. Having given up, I then saw some spares hanging up in Debenhams, which were only a little smaller and could be stretched. Later still, I went into an Asian hardware shop and saw dozens of the correct ones hanging up ready to go.

I would be surprised if one of these shops does not have what you want, and if it is not for a pressure cooker there may be one from a Kilner jar or similar, that size.

At a pinch you could cut your own from an old tractor tyre inner tube if you can lay your hands on one.

Try a hydraulics or bearing supplier for O rings. There a a number of standards, These contain various sizes, thicknesses and materials.

all these don't fit your needs, you can get kits comprising various lengths of O ring material and the means to make your own.

Lid seals (large Kilner jar type seal) for a suction vessel collecting debris. Not very much vacuum at all but the lid has to come off to clean out the debris from the suction line which has collected.
