If your photo has enough resolution to see the "screen" you will get the Moire patterns. If it doesn't, you've applied Martin's Gaussian blur. And unless you flatten the paper with a sheet of glass, you will introduce distortion, probably poor lighting, and perhaps depth of field issues. You might as well use a scanner.
