That won't be a problem when the old door is metal - either the fitters will weight it in or the fitting company will.

I had a roller door installed over seven years ago; it was a special offer price as there was a lot of competition locally. After almost twice-daily use the motor needed replacing late last year, at a cost of £210, including fitting. Not bad value at around 8p a day!

And, if you ever have a problem with an up-and-over door which is stuck with the spring extended, it makes you realise what forces are involved and just what damage the spring could do if it came loose or broke away from its mounting points.

We got roller doors after being burgled. The scroats had seen the open driveway gate and the empty car-port. Now we close the gate on leaving and close the car-port roller jobbies.

Petrol is cheap, and sun is (was) shining. Better take advantage of both while you can, winter (and Covid-20) is coming :-)

You'll be banned from M&S going at that speed around the ladies clothes displays

Still wrong though. UK uses Miles per Hour and yards and miles.

wasn't a council in Wales forced to replace some new road signs that used metric units only ?.
