Our metal up-and-over garage door is in need of replacement.
Any recommendations for type (another up-and-over? roller?), manufacturer and supplier would be welcome.

We installed a "Glidermatic" manufactured by Gliderol in 2004 and it has been very satisfactory; never given a bit of bother.
That's interesting: thanks. It's one of two makes, Hormann and Carteck, that I had come across and which seemed to be what I wanted.
