Remote Fire Shut Off Valve for Oil CH

What temp should be used for the sensor that is fitted to a oil CH boiler?? There seem to eb 2 ranges - around 65/70C and 90C. I assume

90C as temp inside the casing will be reasonably high??

Why not set it to the lower setting and see how things go. I'd have thought it would be advantageous to the devices primary function to have it tripping as soon as possible in the event of an emergency condition. This advantage may be only marginal but that's how I would wish to see it.

If this setting causes difficulties then there's always the alternative of the higher one.
