Youtube clips down the right-hand side of the screen, showing less happy JCB-related outcomes.
What I find slightly surprising though is that judging by those two big yellow steel frames, this must be the 'official' method whereby the excavator routinely unloads the railway truck; it's not just a one-off tricky task where the driver says 'I know, we'll just do it this way, nobody'll ever find out'; and that apparently the clip was filmed in the US and not some developing country. Don't they have the dreaded elf'n safety over there? Can't see this getting past any form of risk assessment, somehow!

Have you ever watched any "Massive Moves"? Very little evidence of a safe system of work, still less any Risk Assessment.

It must be something that they do enough to justify the frames, but little enough that it's not worth going for anything better. It seems to be common though:
