Sounds like there is air in the system somewhere. Not sure what the 10s clunk would be sounds like they need a plumber to take a look at it.
From quick look outside there is a condensate pipe & a PRV "bent
> over 180deg pipe" coming through from boiler, can I presume this > is a sealed system?
