as title really , all other wheels move with height adjuster but this one doesnt - presume something has come off but cant find what or where

I thought the wheel height was handled in pairs, front and back with a link going between them? So unless a mount or wheel has somehow collapsed, I can't see how just one wheel could be out of line?
