Portaloos & hand washing

I've been told by a supplier that it is no longer allowed to provide hand washing water in Portaloos, only santising gel, "because of the swine flu regulations".

This sounds like utter c*ck to me, and a Google and enquiry with a friend who runs a rare breeds petting farm (and hence has a great interest in animals & hand washing...) yields no enlightenment.

Anyone know the truth of the matter?

Complete rubbish more than likely. 2 weeks ago, the Cambridge Fair had a load of portaloos with foot pumped "fresh" water into the sink.

"What type of services do I need?

All Portaloo toilets and washroom buildings require mains water and power supply. "

Or this one

I have worked on building sites this week that have had a stand alone portable toilet with just a bar of soap next to the sink (no mains water and no electricity) and it was also a good job I had some bog roll in the van.

Cheers

Yes, yes, I was using "Portaloo" in its generic sense of the vile plastic khazis seen on building sites and the like.
