Plastic wall box drilling jig?

Hi again,

I have one of those yellow plastic double wall box drilling jigs somewhere (you attach it to the wall then 'chain drill' though the holes in the plastic block.

I remember it working pretty well, particularly as you could depth stop the drill so the back of the box was pretty true / constant?

I looked in Wikes / Homebase tonight but they don't do them?

Where next?

All the best ..

Go on then .. what do we do 'nowdays' (and non the SDS box smasher) .. ;-)

Temporarily missplaced John ;-)

Ships Lad: "Captain, is something lost if you know where it is"? Captain: "No lad, of course not"? Ships lad: "That's good, your sextant is at the bottom of the sea .." ;-(

So, would B&Q / Jewsons or Screfix have them *today* ...? ;-(

All the best ..

I'm sure I've seen those recently - maybe it was a B&Q Warehouse?

Well the good news is I 'found' mine this morning when nosing through my varuois canvas bags of plumbing, decorating, building, plumbing, gluing, clamping. and drilling stuff I have in the garage ;-)

However after this job I'm sure mine will need replacing (done 2 so far and atm its breeze block) ;-)

2 down, 13 to go .. ;-)

All the best ..
