How can that possibly make stocks in the supermarket lower?
Because they're all using home deliveries like me. Why do it the hard way?

I never said it makes them lower. It was regarding why suprmarkets are losing money.
Most aren't using home delivery's.
It's hardly the end of the world if you need to eat something different. Nobody is going to starve.
We're not talking about their profits, we're talking about they can't keep proper stocks.
Why not? Home delivery always has been and still is the easiest way to shop. This is the 21st century ffs.
Because there currently isn't the capacity, you'd need to buy more delivery vans and employ people to drive them and pick the goods. The best thing would be to have night time deliveries in electric vehicles, not much point in delivering if no ones home. Traffic is also a big problem in large cities making delivery times difficult to meet.
If it;s such a brilliant idea take it to dragons den make a fortune ? Just need to buy a few thousand vehicles and staff, go for it. This time next year you'll be a millionaire.
It was common for milk to be delivered years ago but people preferred to buy it from local shops, when they needed it. It also got cheaper in the supermarkets than having it delivered.
WTF is "legally required info"? You pick up x eggs, you pay for x eggs.
Oh that's really complicated, having to decide on the size....
You are getting worse. Head hurting?
Look at a box of eggs in the supermarket and notice all the b/s on them such as "Warning: may contain egg".
Like the label on a prepacked door stop: "Average contents 1". No way of getting 2 into the pack and since it was a clear plastic pack, there was unlikely to be 0.
What is "worse" about complaining about some twatt who gets upset about egg sizes?
Then get a decent egg steamer.
If I made a product like that I'd sneak a bit of fun in there, pointing out that the statement is f****ng obvious to anyone with half a brain.
Anyway, can't we just do away with all the bullshit in the name of an "emergency" "pandemic"? I do laugh at all the snowflakes getting upset about a f****ng virus.
Then get on with it. Plenty unemployed people that could do such a simple job.
Why do they have to be electric? And why at night?
Bullshit, funny how couriers manage it just fine.
It's not an idea, it's already there, I'm just saying those who bother going to a shop are morons.
Because it was one thing being delivered, very inefficient. When you get £100 of food delivered at once it's economical. Tesco only charge me £1 extra for delivery over getting it from the shop. They're saving on staff in the shop.
You buy cheap bread that is nearly out of off date. You have always been a pikey. And I know that you have the "I'm always tired and can't work bollocks" Can you still get your benefits? Wanker.
1K out of 70M is f*ck all.
We've got something called an immune system. Those with a s*it one die and get removed from the gene pool. Attempting to save the weak will result in poor genetics in the next generation.
The "just in time" supply chain is a piece of s*it that can't cope with even the slightest change.
From battery hens, organic, or free range are a few of the variables.
That;s apart from the size.
Surely we can forgo that s*it during an "emergency"?
