I have 11 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed on my PC. Is this correct? Any comments welcomed.

Basically, yes.
Any given program requires the same runtime version it was developed against. If your machine is troubled by a dozen files each a few hundred kB, you've got bigger things to worry about ...
Thanks. I would say it wasn't the space occupied I was worried about. I was wondering if they could conflict with each other - now you have cleared that up.
