I thought when you said "Dont get that on facebook" you were inferring that you didn't have to register at all. I was curious to know how you could do it without even a fake registration. Obviously you can make a fake one - nearly everyone does - that's why all the unpleasant nurks are in there, because no-one checks.

No, that you are free to not provide some of the information that facebook asks about you.
Even sillier with your personal information.
Even if you do provide some of the personal information that facebook asks you for, you are free to allow no one but facebook to have any access to that data.
