Paul, I don't have NTL digital but I don't think they have pass thru of the UHF signal.You will need a splitter (maplin have them) in the UHF feed into the digibox to tap off an analogue feed to your TV.

You've seen *everything* that's been on TV first time around?
Here's an update. Currently have ariel just sitting in our loft and the freeview box is working reasonably well. The ariel definitely needs to be resited or put on the roof (wife currently isn't too happy with me going up onto the roof). Since my wife is a teacher, one of the plusses was that she might manage to watch "teacher tv". I'm a bit miffed that while teacher TV features in the freeview channels, on freeview it's restricted to three hours a day.
Anyway, trial in progress!
