Non-condensing boilers

Worcester 24 Cdi - about £580 plus vat, a year or two ago, does anyone know if it can be bought cheaper, and from where?

I thought that non-condensing boilers were outlawed since Apr 05? Or are they still available until supplies runout?

There is a system of exceptions for when installing a condensing boiler is either impossible, or uneconomic.
