Sorry. Forgot you can't understand plain English and the simplest of questions.

A dictionary is something you look up the meaning of words in. Most 10 year olds know this.

Ask your nurse to help you out.

However, others have given the answer. 'Potable' water means drinking water. Not water you wash in. Arguably, you'll have a wash if you go for a swim in your local pool. Would you drink that water?

But you probably would to mix with your Vodka. Seek treatment.
