Methinks a scam is in progress.

Yep, And they appear to have lifted the T&C from another site. They have removed most references, xxx-ed the 08000 contact numbers, but left in an email address for the other company toolsdirectonline.com

.. and finally on checkout it leads to 2co.com - a credit card processing firm.

Not to mention illegal. Any online retailer must give their full name and address somewhere on the site.

Does look that way. They now seem to have morphed into a mobile ringtones site. I wonder what happens if you ordered a circular saw? Perhaps you'll get a ringtone of it instead;-)
