a local firm installed it a few months back
hoped against hope the occasional pool of water on the inner window ledge was 'condensation'
today's storm left the ledge submerged under 1/4 inch of water
looks like it's getting in through the bottom seal somehow
(and I never liked the way they knocked lumps out of the brickwork to make the plastic ledge fit, instead of cutting it to size!)
will have to phone tomorrow
