Monobloc mixer leaking from head

Just installed a new monobloc mixer, and it leaks from the head.

can't figure out how to get the head off. There's a little clip on circular thing on the front, which I pried off. Inside I found a small screw that I undid with an allen key. That didn't seem to release anything. Should I just use more force?

Send it back for a replacement before you damage it. It's obviously a Friday afternoon model.

Done - Screwfix will deliver a new one tomorrow and pick up the old one next Monday to give me time to swap them over. I think that's a + for screwfix.
