HI All
I have a 70's house that has a single story rear extension.
Anyway - a wall - where the back door used to be, which is on back of the house where the extention is built onto has 2 spots where the paint has peeled off.
I repainted them and it pitted soon after wards so I have sanded it down again.
I have checked the rest of the wall and no other signs. No damp marks that I can find not no smell.
I have uploaded a picture here so you can see where they are in relation to the old back door and the side of the house.
The other side of that wall - which is a utility room,we did have a water leak from the tumbel dryer - its a condensor. But the water did not get to the wall - its purely isolated at the rear of the machine. The rest of the walls though are fine.
Also - from the pictures above, I have removed the whicker backets by the patches and checked the walls - all are ok. Dont feel damp, no other paint flaking at all.
Thoughts?
