Oh, you've fallen for that McGuffery, have you? You do know that's been able to happen for EVER, right?

Of course, being able to sue somebody doesn't mean that you'll win... and if you do, it's because the other person was in the wrong.

The only difference, afaict, is that businesses on one side of the Atlantic will be able to sue a government on the other side WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE A LOCAL SUBSIDIARY DO IT. How many of these global US multinationals don't have a European subsidiary? Or, of course, vice- versa...?
