A couple of months ago I posted "How to approach builder's problem?". Since then after a period of negotiations the builder has agreed a refund and I am now looking at moving on with hopes of sorting the problem out.
At this stage I am planning to put a scaffold tower and a crawler up and try and ascertain exactly how the water is getting in before engaging someone to fix it.
