Rather low capacity by itself? OTOH I had been a bit bothered about monitoring the level so perhaps one of those alongside a coil of copper pipe as can be bought or DIY'd

OTOH a translucent plastic reservoir tucked away behind the wheel (binnacle?) - perhaps hidden with a bit of brass plate - wd be a lot cheaper (and easier to polish)

Thanks Thomas, that looks like a good lead.

Possibly "Universal Motorcycle Brake Fluid Reservoir Clutch Tank Oil Fluid Cup" is better, a small aluminum cup with lid and tube with hose barb. Five pounds...

Or even: "Universal Aluminum Alloy Reservoir Oil Catch Can" which seems to be a breather filter, inlet, outlet, and drain, and sight glass, under ten pounds, many in a range of anodized colors.

I had forgotten the sheer range of stuff on aliexpress.
