It really has come to the time when the US Stock Exchange and the regulatory bodies should prevent companies that use spam as a method of advertising from floating.

Sure, you may get malicious "I don't want a competitor in my ballpark" trying to spam in the name of their prospective competition, but the penalties for this should be _so_ severe it simply isn't worth risking.

I'm talking about either disbarring from *ever* registering with the stock exchange, or a fine equal to at least double the entire share issue.

F*ck off Noddy.

That's generally not what these spams are about. The theory is that that you buy a load of cheap shares, hype them as a surefire investment then unload them when a load of mug punters push the price up.

Fascinating site - but GRDX wasn't there and couldn't be found :-(

Mary

Do you have to be the moron who reposts every bit of spam ?...

i got so excited i nearly wet myself, do they think we all have cabbage heads? smudge

I got spammed by someone last December telling me to buy UACP at

0.37 because exciting new developments would see the price around 1.66 in 3 months. Out of idle curiosity I kept the message to see what happened. Current price 0.15 .... Surprise. And the chart does show a little spike towards the end of December when it peaked at around 0.50 so some people were apparently sucked in.

It's another bloody Viagra advert! ;-)

Ooh look, Mr Happy's back...
