I hadn't noticed it before, but just now the pointers *did* load significantly earlier than the dial backgrounds, try a ctrl-F5 ...

It's gone up then, 0.069GW just after 0800 this morning. Oh no its gone back down, 0.048GW now (1152).
0.479GW of "Other" and we are still exporting to the French and Dutch but not quite so much to the Dutch anymore. 52GW of demand, maybe another 55GW+ peak at 1800? No Oil or OCGT yet...- Vote on answer

I think we have seen them fired up in case in the last few weeks..I suspect the grid or someone wants to make sure that if it all goes pear shaped all the rest of the kit still actually works.
