apparently not.
Seems they are a genuine trader and have a sister site,the tools are just reconditioned.

:-) My washing machine motor(come router) idea has bit the dust,its just too powerful a motor on no load speed.
So I've bought offa that site this router for 45GBP

It says used in the ad. The vendor is obviously new to Ebay by the low (5) feedback. Although one glowing comment is from a pretty experienced buyer.
1/4 of RRP for 'used' goods or even selling direct isn't out of the question. We're just used to rip off prices in the UK...- Vote on answer

He's not new he has been a seller for some years,if you read the bumff he's just using this site as a means to sell recon tools. He does have another named toolshop on ebay.

I've got one of those, it's quite nice, got a table with it for fifty odd all together, the table is not that useful though.

I would be a tad wary sticking any large diameter cutters in it either -
15k rpm is too fast for some cutters. Then again with 1350W chances are that won't be your only problem.
