Gas cooker connection...

Sep 01, 2003 1 Replies

Just bought a Baumatic dual fuel cooker, went to connect it and discovered that the inlet pipe at the back is a threaded male variety rather than the expected female thread. Is something missing or is there a special connection pipe which screws on to it rather than in to it? Grateful for any advice.

What you need is a 'socket' of whatever size pipe you have. Probably ½" in size, this will screw directly onto the male fitting and give you a female to fit your flexi pipe to.
