I've been using a generic one of these battery powered cameras near the front door:
One of the major problems is, of course, the 'toggle' nature of the remote. You can't tell whether you're asking it to open or to close. If there were separate 'open' and 'close' buttons it would eliminate all issues to do with multiple presses of the button and so on. The only thing it wouldn't fix is the issue where the limit mechanism re-opens the door.
Tbere are cars that are easy to steal and there are cars that are worth stealing. Mibne is neither
