Floor screed

Hi, can anyone advise on the best floor screed mix (additives) for an existing concrete floor. I am hoping to fit ceramic tiles to this floor on completion.

a mix of 3 riverwashed sand to 1 cement on screeds of 60mm plus. Wet the floor slab 1st then apply neat cement powder plus water to make a slurry and spread over floor first to bind to slab

If the screed is going direct on to concrete - prime with diluted SBR (or PVA), then a semidry screed of 4:1 i.e. 4 parts sand 1 part OPC.

If the area is small then that is it.
