Hi on several of our plasterboards we have started to get flaking paint, there is no damp so what is the best way to repair this?

Why do you think there is no damp?
Christian.
Interior ceiling, no damp signs on plaster boards, borrowed a damp tester from work and it says dry, also not near any condensation etc
