Drive & Lowering Road Curb

Hi, I'm currently in negotiations with regards to purchasing some land nearmy house. The land is about 3m x 5m and is currently covered by grass. I'mconsidering purchasing the land to convert into an additional parking area.The land is sufficient to fit a standard sized car onto it. I already have aparking area next to this land.What I am after is an estimate to:1) tarmac (not gypsy tarmac!) the grass area2) roughly how much the council would charge to get the road curb lowered.I appreciate there are issues with regards to planning permission etc., butI am just trying to get some figures for now as I have no idea as to howmuch this will all cost.I would appreciate your feedback. lol, sounds like a good plan. Only trouble I'm planning on having an extension built so the plans will have to be approved.... they might notice the grass area suddenly turning into a drive!
