Drilling Bath Tap Holes

I've been through previous posts on this subject, and picked up a few things, but I cannot seem to confirm the most important:

What size hole should I be drilling?

Erm! the same size as the threaded end or slightly bigger.

Any smaller and you wont be able to slot it through. :-P

Well, yes, but is there a standard size that baths normally come drilled with?
