Have you tried a drain hose on a pressure washer? They self-propel effectively, but one problem might be the 40ish metres if there is no more immediate access.
Just that any pro drain service can get very expensive on both time & equipment.
Ours is nothing like that, so I don't know how good they are, but I can say that both Lanes and Bechtel have been sent to us in the past on United Utilities' behalf.
