Pack of hounds will see them off.
Leave food out and you sill simply get more foxes.
Not quickly enough for them not to pass it on to orther foxes and dogs.
Our dog had fox mange for years and years.
Finally cured on moving to an area with less and healthier foxes...you know, where they hunt the mangy ones with dogs and kill them quickly.
