Judging by the comments on social media for my local area from ex RM employees it seems that a lot of experienced older people are leaving in droves and the new intake only last less than a month.
Where friends live in a rural area and the round is long and the postman arrives in a van their regular postman quit around a month ago and the replacement (long serving) postman is also talking about changing employment.
