I'm proposing to have my back garden flagged and am seeking guidance on costs. Due to health reasons I am unable to undertake the work myself. The area involved is 14 foot by 28 foot and the majority of it is presently covered in granit chippings. I'm thinking of using 2 foot square flags to match the existing path. The ground is reasonable level but has a small tree stump that would need to be removed. Does the panel have any idea as to a ball park cost for this work in the Leeds area. TIA Iain

More than a grand I'd say. Done proper.
try cormacs site

- it may not give prices, but it shows what 'proper' is.
I make that 36 square metres. If you can get paving done properly for
30/sqm, I'd like their number!
I assumed it was 'labour only'
