Changing a Combi sensor

How easy would it be to change a hot water sensor on a Ferroli Optima 1001?

Also, where would be the best place to buy one?

Looking at the manual, fairly straightforward - it appears to be on the outlet pipe as it drops from the base of the main heat exchanger compartment. Email me if you want a copy of the manual. I would guess you turn off the mains cold water, drain off some of the pressure at a lower tap, then disconnect the wire from the sensor and unscrew it.
