Can anyone recommend a good cheap or reasonable lintel supplier.If I am not asking to much

For cheap B&Q have some. For quality Naylors are stocked by many good builder's merchants.

Or if you can use a prestressed concrete lintel it will be much cheaper. Any builders merchant.
