It keeps beeping hiyer than tv only got meters in 2 weeks ago & I keep turning meter off can?t handle the beep beep all the time

Is it the meter beeping or is it the in-house display that shows you what you are using? If the latter it could be telling you that you've gone over your gas and electricity budget for the week. Your manual should tell you how to change that budget. You can just set it very high if you don't want any such alarms.

You can't turn the meter off. That would cut off your supply (if this was allowed).
As others have said it is likely to be the remote monitor.
