Baxi Bermuda V2 only on pilot light

Hello I have a Bermuda V2 back boiler installed in my rented house but when you light the pilot it a small flame appears but that's all so doesn't fully light. No heating or hot water with seven kids and single glazed windows is not fun

In a rented house it's your landlord's responsibility to get this fixed for you quickly.

The fault could be in the boiler gas valve or in the heating controls. It needs to be a Gas Safe fitter.

If your landlord does not respond contact your local council private housing enforcement (if private landlord) or elected councillors and MPs (if social housing landlord). See the Shelter website or call their advice line

Also, I cannot believe single glazed windows these days either. Brian

In that case, you have obviously not tried to get permission to fit double glazing in a listed building!

I installed single glazed here. Its not illegal, you just have to install more insulation elsewhere.
