These are of the concrete plain tile variety.
I could route through the roof (different and larger tile) but would prefer through the hanging tiles for reasons of access and fitting more than anything else.
What are the systems to enable this? Given the overlap of these tiles, it's not obvious how this can be done.
You can get a plastic "slate" vent with a moulded in sleeve. Suitable for roofs and vertical tiles.

See if the tile vents available are rated for vertical use?
Some manufacturers do tile vent terminals (with terminations for duct) which can be used with their flat tiles. I can't see why they couldn't be used with vertical tiling. But I could of course be wrong. And I definitely haven't a clue how you'd go about fitting without a biggish job of stripping back and re-nailing.

I doubt that would be an issue if there are the means of fixing them to the batons.
This will be at the top of the wall, just below the eaves. I don't believe I will have to strip more than a few from the top row.
