Quite a bath if it empties most of the heat out of a 300 litre storage cylinder.

If you are referring to then they are part of something called the Domestic Handbook 2008, the introduction to which states:

"0.1.1 Introduction" [snip]

"This is one of two Technical Handbooks, one covering domestic buildings and the other non-domestic buildings. These Technical Handbooks have been issued by Scottish Ministers for the purpose of providing practical guidance with respect to the requirements of the provisions of the building regulations under a notice given in accordance with Section 4(2) of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003. Each Handbook has seven sections. Section 0, this section, is identical in both Handbooks. It covers general issues and sets out how and when the regulations apply to buildings and works."

A series of definitions follows.

Too easy to screw it up and it reduces the flow rate too......... You can get 12l a minute either hot or warm from the boiler. You get 12l a minute + the cold from the mixer.

Utter tripe. It takes that long to fill mine with mains pressure cold.

Not as thick as you by the looks.

More drivel. My cylinder will take all the heat the boiler can chuck out. If it only turns the boiler on when the tank is 40% empty buy a better stat.
