Adjusting soil pipe position

I want to fit a wall hung toilet, with the stack outlet at 220mm above FFL. Keen not to go above that - we are both short! The toilet will go into a custom Grohe piece which is a 90mm 90degree bend, and then into 110mm. I'll have that running out horizontally to meet the soil pipe. So a flexible pan connector is out, not that I fancy one of them anyway.

The soil pipe is running horizontally (with appropriate fall), top of it is 200mm off the chipboard. It has no socket; just pipe. So the centre is 145mm. Floor finish is going to be vinyl so, isn't really going to affect things much, but let's call it 140mm above FFL.

I also need to bring the toilet away from the soil pipe with a stud wall, because of ceiling heights. So I end up needing to bring the soil pipe

a) out 60mm (approximately) b) up 75mm

If I use a couple of 135 bends, one with a spigot fitted into the others socket, I reckon I get 74-75mm by calculation. I see no way of getting a 60mm offset, so I need to combine the two. Pythagoras says that's a 96mm offset.

Starting with a 75mm offset (spigot into a socket)I can only make it bigger by not inserting the spigot all the way. 21mm seems a lot not to insert. If I use a double socket bend, I calculate that I get another

60mm cos 45 of offset (the socket is 60mm long) == 42mm, for a total of 117mm, and that's too much.

Is my only solution to use two of these?

Getting the first one in could be tricky, though I suppose I can always hack some plasterboard away.

A toilet cantilevered from a wall to support 100kg when there's a perfectly good floor underneath? Madness.

I can get you up 40mm, but I don't know if there are any 75mm versions:

I'm trying to visualise your requirements.

When you say "out 60mm" I presume you mean lateral distance.

Some of the offset could be achieved with one of these:

A 'back to the wall' bog obviates any sweeping behind. IMO any benefits of a wall hung bog are marginal at best and mostly to do with fashion.

What next, a platform cantilevered off the wall to stand on while you piss?

But attached to the floor and with a bead of sealant there is nothing to sweep up.

Although the OP doesn't think that much of a flexible bog to soil pipe connector I've done just this to gain some space between the bog and a wall resulting in the bog outlet and soil pipe being offset by around

20cm. Installed a couple of years ago the connection has had zero problems.
