Very likely. Coming off the same line, even coming out of the same case moulds, is no indication that the internal cells are the same. Chinese (mainland) manufacturing is now capable of doing this. Taiwanese manufacture of fakes was never so sophisticated, they'd use some of the same suppliers, but they never had such integrated or flexible factories manufacturing both straight and hooky products.
