how do i remove adhevise residue from vinyl siding

 Rubbing alcohol - 70% to 99% isopropyl or perhaps ethyl (ethanol) if you can find it in this form - should remove most adhesives, and vinyl is probably the easiest surface to remove them from because it's not porous. I would just try and first rub an inconspicuous corner of the siding just to be sure the alcohol, especially if the 99% variety, would not dissolve any colorants in vinyl. But you should be pretty safe with using rubbing alcohol on vinyl.
